Philosophy

Diana May, Owner, Profound Body

"I believe that intelligent exercise leads to profound results. Movement is essential. Fitness should be ability-appropriate, impactful and well thought out. Because each body is different, we must adapt exercises to work within a person’s limitations so that, eventually, those limitations become strengths.

In fact, it was my own recovery from an injury that has helped me define this focus and shape my practice. Incorporating current scientific findings on fascial health, I offer a contemporary approach that helps people live better, healthier and pain-free lives. It has become my life's passion to understand how our bodies work."
